Why We Use It

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, take steps requested before entering a contract, administer bookings and stays, process payments, protect our properties and services, keep necessary business records and comply with legal obligations. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on your rights.

Service Providers

We use trusted providers for reservation and channel management, secure payments, hosting, storage and transactional email. They process information only to provide those services and under their own security and privacy obligations. Stripe processes payment information; KY Stays does not receive or store raw card numbers or CVVs.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, contractual and legal record-keeping, fraud prevention and the handling of disputes. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking or partnership are periodically reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your information, and to receive certain information in a portable format.
