Full Refund Before The Deadline
Cancel at least 24 hours before the property’s scheduled 4 PM check-in time to receive a full refund of the complete booking payment, including the cleaning fee.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable.
How To Cancel
Submit the secure cancellation request form using your booking reference and booking email, or contact KY Stays promptly in writing. The time the request is received is used to assess the refund deadline. Requests received at least 24 hours before the scheduled 4 PM check-in are automatically cancelled and fully refunded; later requests are recorded and handled under the accepted policy. We email confirmation of the outcome.
Receiving Your Refund
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
